The reception is open daily from 8.00 am to 10.30 pm. You can buy directly your ski-pass at the front desk also we would be pleased to organise your trips, events, tickets, ski-guide, mountain-guide, a round trip with the helicopter and much more. As well as we can make table reservations in one of the smart Zermatt restaurants or in the ski and hiking area. If you would like a more comprehensive service for your outward or return journey, (plane, transport etc.) please contact us beforehand. We will help you in any way we can and for any questions you may require we will be at your entire disposal.

Our cosy hotel-bar has a fire place and is daily open until 10.30 pm.

Breakfast-hall
For breakfast we serve you a hot and cold buffet, from 7.30 am to 10 am.
