My wife and I stayed in a Junior Suite. We were very impressed with the level of service and especially the cleanliness. The service was consistently excellent from the minute we were picked up from the station to the time that we had to leave. We were equally impressed with the friendliness of all the staff. The hotel complements so well the delights of Zermatt and the mountains and is in an excellent location - quiet yet still close to the town. We would certainly recommend your hotel to anyone going to stay in Zermatt. Hopefully we will return someday. Best wishes Mr and Mrs Wells 17 July 2003
